Ursula is the best! I've seen several hearing aid specialists in the past 3 years; and Ursula is by far the most knowledgeable, personable, and trustworthy of any I've worked with. She takes considerable time to discuss and understand your needs and concerns, explain the equipment and hearing process, and fine-tune your aids to perfectly match and meet your hearing needs. I highly recommend Ursula to anyone who has hearing aids. She is great!
