I went to the CityMD in Lake Grove following a near-deadly car accident. I told him I had blacked out from the impact and that all the airbags deployed. I told him I got hurt on my knee, collarbone had pain, my neck and entire back hurt. His response? Jammed his fingers into my knee and asked if it hurt after I nearly screamed in pain when he pressed it. I was trying to explain everywhere that I felt pain and he kept interrupting me. He was extremely condescending and I felt so gaslit by this provider. My boyfriend was with me and he pointed out that my injuries were more severe than his, yet he got an X-ray and I didn't. If I'm telling you my car accident was serious and you're sending me off without even an X-Ray, what are you even in this profession for? I understand that they may have been busy but it's not an excuse to treat your patients like they're a piece of gum on the bottom of your shoe. Disgusting behavior. Steer clear if you ever have to see him, and request someone else.

He didn’t treat the symptoms, sent in lab results after he threw them in the garbage, and billed for services never received.

Excellent clinician, pays attention to every detail and genuinely cares for the goodwill of patient. Wonderful bedside manner. Would recommend him to anyone. ??
