Valerie exceeded all of my expectations in a therapist. We met twice a month for a year, helping me heal from a sexual assault incident from my past. She not only supported and encouraged me when weak and vulnerable but most importantly she gave me practical tools (mindfulness practices, breathing techniques, etc) that enables me to be proactive in my healing process. Many of these tools I still use today, and I have seen incredible changes in my ability to handle stress and anxiety thanks to Valerie.
