I have been going to Valarie for just short of a year. I have learned how to manage my ptsd and depression in my everyday life, instead of struggling to hold a job. I am now employed full time, going to school full time and juggling four children. She is amazing at what she does , and helps you find your right path to becoming the best you possible. Thank you for all you have helped me accomplish this year .

Would not recommend. Found her to be very passive agressive, unorganized, and have poor communication skills. Changed therapy methods and frequency without adequate explanation as to why other than to fit her schedule and not concern for the patients (my child's) needs. Was rude once the decision was made not to continue therapy through her. High turn over rare with therapists in her office.

I used their services for just under five months and had been switched to 4 different "professionals." None of which I found very helpful nor did I enjoy coming to see them to talk about myself. I have become more guarded because it is just that more difficult for me to trust mental health professionals after being treated so unprofessionally at this facility. I am never returning.

I learn a lot over the years of going to her she’s up front and honest. She pushes you out of your comfort zone and gives you different perspective to life situations. I highly recommend her.

Valerie was easy to talk to. I opened up more to her then my lastTherapist just something about her made me feel I could trust her. Unfortunatley my insurance changed and I could no longer see her.

I love her work and book recommendations for me! Great comfort to be around and open up to!! A lot of great advice and her examples of perspectives are very great. I would definitely recommend you to go see her and give it a shot it will be worth it.
