It is hard for me to put into words how helpful Valerie was in my life. Let me start by saying I think 5 of my friends have seen her and were so happy with the change it made in their lives. Valerie listens and supports you in your thoughts, feelings, tribulations, triumphs. She does not rush to interject or give an opinion. She really was helpful to me to find my own answers rather than giving me an answer (because that may not have been right for me) & she was very aware of that. Valerie is
