Her professionalism is slipping and needs to retire. Very rude! I suggest finding another optometrist if you are considering Wilmer Eye. WILL NOT COME BACK!

I was asked to arrive 15 min prior to my appointment time, which I did. Proceeded to wait for 30 minutes past my appointment time, when no one showed up I left without seeing the doctor, got tired of waiting.

Quite condescending and dismissive, not very open to hearing questions or concerns from her patients. Also not very sensitive when discussing patient health problems, delivering bad news in a very blunt, direct, and pessimistic manner. She was rather impatient and unfriendly, and it was an unpleasant experience overall.

She is a very well trained and professional doctor..She covers all aspects of care. My exam was informative. She gives you long term goals for improved health. She cares about her patients. I will refer her to anyone that needs a good doctor.
