Upon establishment at this clinic, Val received all of my disability records from numerous specialists. She stated that she didn't feel 'comfortable following previous protocol. When I requested referrals to specialists in this area, she stated it would take several months. She informed as to what to do in the meantime. She later completed a visitation summary which stated completely different scenarios which never took place during our visit. I feel that a doctor should take the time to be honest with their patents. While her nurse was phenomenal, she was not.
