Valerie Zaugg

My experience was all well and good, until she sent me to get a test done that was guaranteed to fail and was not covered by my insurance, without talking to me about it first. Now, months later, my bill is going to collections. The bill the VA doctor told me they'd authorize, for the monitor that Zaugg knew would fail to provide results, is going to collections. So, in summary, Valerie Zaugg sent me to an uncovered/unauthorized holter monitor study, knowing that 2 days was not enough days to find anything wrong, so the facility could get their money. I do not recommend anyone go to the Tanner Clinic, or see any doctors who work at the Tanner Clinic.

Valerie Zaugg is one of the kindest, hardest working, and most knowledgeable health professionals I have ever met. She listens carefully, evaluates different possible treatments which would most benefit her patient, and then follows through on her promises immediately. Absolutely superb care!
