Unfortunately, my experience with the staff in this office was totally unacceptable. All I needed was an exam for glasses due to an eye infection. The staff lied to me indicating they were unable to verify my insurance. Why? Because they assumed I had used my one free appointment to address my eye infection and that the eye doctor would not be paid. In the end, they refused to treat me and I am unable to drive as I cannot wear contacts and the doctor would not examine me for a new eyeglass rx.
