Vanessa Johnson allowed my son to become permanently horribly scarred under her « supervision « We had every legal right to sue her for negligence! She’s so fortunate we didn’t. She should remember my son Thomas Arling, but I bet she hasn’t thought of him in years! We get the reminder of her professional negligence daily when we see him. He gets the reminder several times daily upon looking in the mirror! We have spent 10s of $1000s trying ton repair the damage w/a higher level dermatologist who does NOT take ins. And W/time & $ it has improved greatly THANK GOD, but the toll on his confidence, depression, self-esteem, etc… has been deeply profound!!! For ex. he never drank nor smoked marijuiana until she « treated » his skin. His BIGGEST regret in life is trusting her. Her blatant disregard for what happened to him on her « Watch » was what disgusted me as his mom the most! She’s a Callous person! For ex. She let him walk out of her office w/tears in his eyes 1 day after his 18th b

Dr. Johnson is very caring and took time to listen to my questions and concerns. The pre-cancers on my nose are gone for now because of her good care and advice.

Anytime someone in the KC area is looking for a dermatologist- I ALWAYS recommend Vanessa Johnson. I first started seeing her when I was a freshman in college and started to have bacterial acne. She helped me transform my skin! After her help, I have consistently received compliments on my skin. Seven years later, now in my late twenties and experiencing hormonal acne, Vanessa was so much help yet again. Not only is she great at what she does, but she is so kind and really cares for her patients. She knows what is going on in my life and has genuine conversations. I love every time I get to visit her office! Today I received my first chemical peel, and I could not have had a better experience!

Vanessa Johnson is an EXCELLENT dermatologist. It was my first visit with her and I felt completely comfortable and she answered every question and concern that I had. Even during the Covid pandemic she was able to provide excellent care and treat an area on my face safely around my mask! Vanessa was every bit as nice and engaging as Stephanie was, she was professional and conversational and I was immediately put at ease by her demeanor. It is my intention to continue my relationship with College Park Specialty clinic for my dermatological needs, and will continue to see Vanessa Johnson for that reason. I would absolutely recommend her as a dermatology provider.
