1) last minute change of physician makes is difficult for me, as I need help to go to the office 2) check in process for new patient can be more attentive. Where is the right place to wait for the doctor(since there are multiple waiting areas), we waited at the wrong place and the attending staff couldn't find us. Secondly, should let us know that parking can be validated.

{staff name removed}, RN responded quickly to my NP's request for immediate assistance with my pain and avoided a trip to the Emergency Dept for me. She was helpful, informative, and checked on my arrival to ensure that I could get to where I needed to be.

Yes, this is {patient name removed}, calling leaving at about PA Kidd, that handled me or ...or did a exam for me last week. I thought he was absolutely excellent, I actually walked out of there and told my wife probably most professional looking guy has seen in the doctor's office for about a year or so. He did a great job, his follow up was good, his attention was excellent, first class. Thank you.

The wait time in the exam room was longer than expected. When booking the appointment I asked how long it would be and was told 30 minutes. My total appointment time was 1 hour and 15 minutes.
