Velma was the best! She helped me address the most unhealthy parts of my own core beliefs and internal thought processes governed by them, and she was completely transparent in what she knew and what her methods were. She puts in the time to properly research you, your history, and how to best help you, she genuinely cares, and she contributes a lot to each discussion to help you reach the right decisions about what you need to do to make you happy on your own accord. I am forever indebted to Velma in helping me work through one of the darkest chapters in my life and coming out stronger.
