My regular doctor was unavailable so I had to book her. Worst experience ever. She was hostile from the start and disrespectful. Gave no diagnosis or answers. Questioned me about why I didn't see my regular doctor instead and was a complete waste of time.

I've never walked out of a medical appointment before but thanks to Veronica Castillo I can say I had to. This PA is rude and disrespectful and lacks tact. She belittled my symptoms and refused to submit referral request to see a specialists I need to see. She also didn't request for my medicine to be refilled and I ran out. Worst medical experience I've had.
