Same exact experience as mentioned. Incompetent APRN as well as her RN Meghan Iam in the process of finding another competent and trusted Health care providers that in no way have a association with Griffin Hospital (1) star rating is a huge exaggeration in my opinion

Horrible experiences with this office! The staff is miserable and unwilling to help. Veronica submitted an order for an MRI without seeing or discussing the results of the x-ray with the patient. We had chosen to switch to another more local facility, they reviewed the x-ray and put in an order for the MRI at the facility we are looking to use, and that order was denied by insurance because there was one already submitted without our knowledge or consent. We have already needed to reschedule the MRI once due to this unauthorized action, and now Veronica's office is dragging their feet to get the order canceled. My husband is suffering in pain, and this facility is not doing anything to correct this issue. If I could give negative stars I would! Protect yourself and your family and stay away! Don't waste your time or put your trust in Veronica or her facility.
