Somewhat disappointing. Although answered questions and provided information directly when asked, did not sense any particular investment in my situation and seemed rather reserved. True that there is not a lot more that can be done in my case, but that is not the point. An upbeat and encouraging, compassionate manner goes a long way. A one hour train ride to and from for an appointment that lasted 15 minutes was a sad lesson.
