She is the epitome of a professional, yet makes the patient feel like a person and not a number. She is patient, courteous and calm yet direct in her approach. She listens to and addresses your concerns then applies her directives in an easily understood fashion. She allows conversation which is necessary for communication between good and poor medical care. Sometimes people don't get answers because they don't ask questions.
