Maybe my experience was an anomaly, but I felt like I was being judged more so by my appearance, being told to change my haircut and wear makeup to feel better about myself, than being told anything helpful for my actual issues. If anything, she exacerbated my self-esteem problems. I also found her to be extremely unprofessional; she spoke of another patient and how she had “created a monster.” She’s made it so I’m afraid of making the same mistake and picking another therapist like her.

I've already recommended 2 of my friends to Veronica. She really is amazing at what she does. She's completely relatable and professional at the same time. I shopped around for the therapist who was just the right fit for me, personally - and Veronica was it for me. She has a way of letting you figure out issues on your own, which I think is much more fulfilling & more effective in resolving. She also points out patterns that she sees, some which I didn't even realize myself.
