Inaccurate Diagnosis
Dr. Wilbur was pleasant and she showed that she cared for my injury. I had been having sharp pain in my bicep for two weeks and saw her to get a diagnosis. Dr. Wilbur gave me exercises for tendinitis and recommended I review how I was practicing my sport, the heptathlon. I did not follow her advice and instead got an MRI that showed I had a partial tear in my brachialis. I beleive that if I had listened to her advice my condition could have been made worse.

Disappointed
Dr Wilbur came highly recommended and I was told I was lucky to get an appointment within 3 weeks because in Delaware the wait for a new appointment is 6 weeks to 6 months. I saw Dr. Wilbur on 9/12 as a new patient. I explained that my doctor retired without notification and I had to find a new primary care doctor. I was very impressed with Dr. Wilbur. She seemed very caring and thorough. That being said, the last thing I asked before I left the office was, “what about my prescriptions”? The staff said that they would be sent in electronically. Today is September 29. I called five times, left 3 messages and spoke with the office staff twice. They assured me that Dr. Wilbur got the message. I’m completely out of my medication and with no refills. The office staff had no problem submitting the claim to my insurance but no return call!

Pill mill
First let me say Dr Wilbur is absolutely positively not a pill Mill I for one have chronic pain and can't get anything for it. Then let me say Dr Wilbur is an okay doctor. Then again I have never met a wonderful doctor. No one is perfect and I'm not the easiest patient to love when I'm hurting bad.

Dr. Wilbur has been my Primary Care Physician for over 2 years plus. She has never steered me wrong in any way shape or form. She was a friend when my mother passed and coordinates with my other specialist as well as any other doctor I've had in the past (I'm 51 yrs old). Yes I receive meds, same ones my psychiatrist prescribed me before retirement. Not a pill mill, and am often drug tested to make sure nothing frivolous is going on with my meds. Know what you're talking about before you write something about someone you probably don't know.

This doctor is known as a pill mill she gives anyone who walks in her "walk in clinic" anything they ask for. She gives out pain medication without following the guidelines for writing pain prescriptions. People who take pain meds need pain management doctors that regulate pain medication and test the patient to ensure they are taking as prescribed. She is in this business for the money and kick backs she is NOT a doctor so who is overseeing her? The FDA and DEA is hot on her trail hopefully soon we can get her out of our neighborhood and we can start helping the people she is killing by prescribing anything to anyone no questions asked.
