Victoria Hunt, APRN

I saw NP Hunt as a new patient. I had previously had a terrible experience with a different PCP and switched to NP Hunt. She really took the time to evaluate my health care needs and calm my anxieties. I was able to get all of the care I needed and got my routine lab work results the next day. I am very happy with her care and will continue seeing her.

My experience was not the best Ms Hunt doesn't care about her patients she only gives you like three minutes of her time if that. She seems to not like what she is doing. If you are not assigned to her she has her medical assistant who isn't any better than her she is rude as well call you and tell you to change your pcp or schedule with the one you are assigned to. So unprofessional. All the front staff is caring and at least a few familiar faces have been there a long time. I don't want to say the office is completely bad but the Np is horrible.

Absolute worst healthcare interaction I’ve ever experienced! Went to Victoria for a finger injury that was worsening. Victoria walked into the room, introduced herself, and said “so you’re only here for pain meds?” So demeaning, so rude and disrespectful. Victoria said “it looks really bad that you were at urgent care a few days ago and they didn’t give you anything for pain so I’m not going to either.” All of this was said without looking at my injury, asking any questions about the pain, or doing any kind of assessment. I have never taken prescribed pain medication before, yet Victoria made me feel as though I was a drug addict simply seeking more drugs. It was humiliating. She did not do her duty as a healthcare provider. She did not once assess my injury, which I later ended up on the ER for. I will absolutely never go back to Victoria or OptumCare.
