She was kind empathetic, and very knowledgable about my son's needs. She communicated with his school and our family regularly. Her home program was thorough and easy to follow. My son loved her.

Very unprofessional
We did an evaluation and several sessions with Vicki Nelson. She was very unprofessional, would text people during my child's session and made comments about her learning that were very hurtful. She did not greet us upon arrival several times and would continue to type away at her computer without acknowledging our presence.
