Horrible
Nurse Practitioner Victoria Schmitt starts off nice until she hears your story then shames you and harasses you if you question her. Had 32 years with two psychiatrists in my life and no difficulty at all. My last psychiatrist left practice and I’ve been with Victoria a short few months. Missed several appointments, forgot to call in meds and yell at me for going off med when she was the one who authorized. The last visit was supposed to be an hour and she hung up. She emailed later trying to play nice and I told her off, then she calls in a fake complaint to police saying I called her threatening suicide when I’ve never spoken on the phone to her. Stay away!!?
