I tried to work with her and give her a chance, but it's just not going to work out. She told me several things and then later pretended that she never said any of it, despite putting the info in my visit notes herself. I also had someone with me at my appointments who heard her say it. She says she will do things and then claim she never said them. The staff seems nice, but then they never follow through with what they say they'll do either. I am a complex case but I made it clear that I only need x, y, and z from my primary, and she doesn't even seem to be able to handle that. I'll be looking elsewhere and starting all over again - again.

Very rude and dismissive. When I say that I can't get blood work done, it's because my body does not allow it to happen. They cannot get blood if they cannot find the veins to do it or that they clot out or blow the vein in or on able to. It is not a matter of don't want to.
