I went to this clinic with back pain I got while playing tennis. She examined various movements and determined it's a strain of para-spinal muscles. I was given a protocol that includes stretching, strengthening and back postural exercises and back precautionary measures. They helped me not only while playing tennis but in general. She also said it's important to follow the home exercise program and I was back into form in 6 weeks.

I was suffering from an acute pain caused by over-exercising and she quickly pointed out the exact cause and put me on an muscle strengthening routine and arm rotations which improved the upward movement by about 45 degrees in 2 weeks. She is calm, friendly and very attentive. I would definitely recommend her as your PT.
