Horrible bedside manner. I've never been on any pain meds in my life but they think mine is so severe that I need injections but gave me gabapentin 100mg 1 capsule at night. Doesn't help at all and I mentioned that to her she didn't listen at all. I do not recommend her to anyone with pain.

went to them off & on for over ten years...I agree u come in trying to get out of pain & you are treated like a drug addict very poor service....never again

Dr. V and her nurse Monica are the most amazing women. They are compassionate, caring, professional and I would recommend them to everyone. Great job ladies, and to the rest of the staff at Arrowhead Health thank you. I've been a patient there for more than 15 years.

Was more focused on making the insurance company liable for mixing up and not properly submitting paperwork for a produce. I have seen her for 3 months and never has she tried to make a treatment plan changing doctors for sure actually shes only a PA

This NP is new to Arrowhead Health and it is apparent that she is ill prepared to treat patients. Its obvious she does not read patients charts. She has an attitude that anyone in pain management is an addict. I would recommend that no one with any health issues not see her.

Giving this NPC (not even a physician ) only 1 star---if I could do less I would. NO compassion and treats new patients like they are all drug addicts. She has no reality of HOW to treat patients and apparently doesn't even read your charts. ASSUMPTIONS made against patients that have been coming to Arrowhead Health centers for 10+ years are no way to stay in business. SHAME on Arrowhead Health for allowing this person to work in your facility. Going downhill for sure.
