Bad expierence overall.
The whole place are very unprofessional. The optometrist has horrible manners. Didn't introduce himself and he doesn't acknowledge me, the parent, of the underage patient. He didn't even close the door while making the eye exam. Additionally, he wanted me to have my other underage son to wait in the lobby by himself if I wanted to be in the exam room with my underage son getting eye exam. Both being underage, I was not going to allow any of them be unsupervised. This place is unsafe for underage children and does not follow HIPAA since the exam door is left wide open.
