I was in need of a physical therapist for my husband’s stiff neck. I personally had previous success with the teachings of the McKenzie Institute, so I wanted someone familiar with their physical therapy training methods. I found Virginia’s name on that site, and looked her up. Her references were excellent so I made an appointment for him and my husband has been very pleased. So much in fact, he has worked with her on a separate referral for his back and I have now been working with her on an issue I have been having with a frozen shoulder. Virginia is very straightforward with her instructions and she will make sure you understand them before going on to the next exercise. Before you leave, she will film you on your phone, if you like, to make sure you remember how to do them correctly. She will also send you an official printout. I also like that Virginia is personable and never makes me feel bad when I feel like I am overdoing it. She lets me work at my own pace.Very satisfied.
