Had 3 therapy sessions starting May 2022, amicably parted ways at end of 3rd visit in June. Would not recommend to family or friends. Presented as 62 y/o w/long hx of pre-existing, multiple chronic medical conditions w/orthoped & psych disability since '99 & have been treated by numerous, diff psych providers. My 1st session w/Vishaka was bumpy from the outset when I was double booked w/another patient who was sitting next to me, most awkward & embarrassing for both of us. He left. 30 seconds after V. & I took our seats she says she's uncomfortable herself w/how I'm sitting perched on the edge of a huge deep sofa. Wow. I'm an arthritic 4'8" little person who's sat this way comfortably all his life. IMO, if your personal energy is intense, you're depressed & angry, or choose not to work w/a psych therapist who's highly sensitive individually or it's important to you to nicely question the veracity of any claim made, even the advice of your doctor, you are better suited going elsewhere.
