I didn't feel like she was knowledgable about the medications she was wanting to prescribe me or had any interest in helping me at all. She said she was prescribing me meds based on my symptoms, but never took the time to actually listen. My two appointments were VERY rushed and she kept interrupting me, which is super frustrating. It seems like she has no experience with customer service or mental health patients based on the way she was talking with me. I came to both my appts with all the symptoms I was experiencing written down in detail. I was very specific in the ways I was struggling. Instead of listening, I was asked multiple times if I was experiencing hallucinations. Or if I was feeling 'aggravated' when I was telling her I was getting frustrated by her interrupting me and lack of listening. When I asked her questions about things she would respond with 'I dont know' or would ask me 'What do you think' or 'What do you want to do'. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend.

Vivian was kind but just wanted me to tell her what meds I should be on. I felt like she wasn’t very knowledgeable and would just go with everything I said. I told her I wasn’t sure what would be best for me and she was the doctor but she kept asking what I wanted to do.

She was very polite but I was not able to connect with her as I had other practitioners. My appointments with her usually lasted 4 minutes at most, which mostly was her asking if i was having hallucinations (which I never have had) and if I wanted my medication dosages increased. Overall the appointments felt very impersonal, like I was a potential customer and not a human being.
