Believe the 1 star reviews, she wasted so much time during sessions and was more interested in getting paid than actually helping. My employer's benefits plan only supported 3 sessions and she insulted me after she realized we weren't coming back after those 3 were done, so no more milking us.

Vivian Torres has been a game changer in a therapist in helping me find the tools and confidence in growing spiritually and emotionally. The differences Vivian has helped me develop not only as a person, but even more importantly as a parent, are unmeasurable. Her influence has been significant and I could not be more grateful for finding the EMDR form of therapy.

Vivian has been very helpful. I’m a 30 something guy with some marriage and parent issues. She’s helped me out by giving me a clear head to speak to and to get opinions from. She also is good at articulating and explaining rationally what is really going on between me and my family since heated emotions often block my brain from being rational.
I highly recommend her and appreciate her help.

The only thing I can say about Vivian is .Where did you get your lisence?.Extremely respectful and her unwillingness to listen is unbelievable. I will not recommend her at all.

I would not recommend Vivian. I saw her weekly for 3 months and got zero benefit from her, all she wanted was for me to talk and talk. She offered no interventions whatsoever. It was a complete waste of time & money! Worst therapist I have ever! been to.

Vivian was amazing in how she understood just what I needed to relieve my depression and anxiety. The EMDR therapy she provided really made a difference after just a few weeks of treatment. Next I am going back to see her for help with Smoking Cessation.
