is worse then one star dangerous as a NP
Worst NP ever Dealt with first I especially Told her what pharmacy to send the 2 scripts too even wrote the addresses down. is same one I used for 10 years explained the other one was because the main one was out of stock . She sent to wrong place causing all sorts of issues Next when she over herd I fired the My woke GP office for giving my insurance info out. points to my phone says they scanned that for your info to steal I have a 10 year old phone has NO banking or any info use it for calls texts or music at doctors that is it . Is a woke Nurse cares nothing about a patient and is out to screw with a white one . Oh I was charge nurse for 5 years
