This provider should not be allowed to be anywhere near Veterans. She showed no empathy and no heart towards helping anyone with Mental Health issues. She made me feel worst. She told me if at any point during my assessment I couldn't control my emotions, I should step out into the hallway, and stay there until I control myself. Once I've done that, she will allow me to come back into the assessment to complete it. 'The hallway' really. It left me feeling if though I was there to be looked at. I was sent for an assessment. I left her office feeling disrespected. Regardless of the outcome, this provider is not one I would ever recommend to anyone. In the future, she shouldn't wear professional attire.

This provider is clearly burned out and needs to retire. She has zero empathy for people that have experienced extreme trauma. This psychopath told the VA that I am depressed as a result of MENOPAUSE, not MST. I have not gone through menopause! This quack job made sure I knew she wasn't there to accurately assess my symptoms. She was there to prevent me from finding healing. She is not interested in doing the right thing. She does not care about people. She checked boxes to get a paycheck.

This person is the most ridiculous excuse for a medical professional I have ever encountered. To claim to be a psychologist and treat patients with the utmost disregard and disrespect during sessions where patients are attempting to unveil traumatic events is a disgrace to that profession. She constantly kept checking her phone while I was trying to convey my experience for which I was sent to see this poor excuse of a human being. Telling me she sounds like a white guy on the phone and she takes advantage of it is racist and revealing of how disgusting of a human being she really is. She kept interrupting to tell me if I cant keep my composure while recounting a story of sexual assault, I will need you to leave the office. The fact that this imbecile even has a practice is embarrassing. All of her asinine commentary has been recorded and will be reported. You are a disgusting human being. One star because I was forced.

She was a awesome listener. She Underwood my pain. She made recommendations the felt good in my spirit. After my visit I felt so much better.
