Calm, caring, compassionate and has genuine concern for his patients. He is truly amazing and 1 in a million! After seeing him for the first time in November 2024, I will not see anyone but him again! Thank you for being such an awesome Doctor!

I have been seeing PA Guinn for 20 years and he is (hands down) the most conscientious, compassionate, kind, and thorough medical professional I’ve ever known. He never speaks down to you and is never condescending like many physicians can be. He genuinely listens to what you have to say and he cares for the well being of all of his patients. I can not recommend him enough.

I have been seeing Warren Guinn since 2011 and he has been the one physician that never gave up on me and my health during the many years while my MS diagnosis was being made. I will forever be greatful for his patience and kindness when I felt given up on and pushed aside by other providers. I highly reccomend him to anyone looking for a PCP in Las Vegas.

Dr Guinn is friendly and he will spend extra quality time with you he is a good listener and we'll explain things to you, He's been my primary doctor over 6 yrs you can be upfront with him he don't take nothing in the wrong way he's a good man he speaks English and speaks loud and clear so you understand what's going on. I saw him today afterwards I made a new appt & found out he's moving to Henderson an hr from me I was so sad he didn't tell me or give me a hug good bye I cried all the way home
