Dr. Aoki really helped helped my me through a dark and dangerous time in my life. He helped me learn how to identify my triggers and come to terms with my emotions. Before going to see him I was on the verge of suicide feeling so helpless. Dr. Aoki helped me come back from those dark emotions and realize all life had to offer. I literally owe him my life.
