Wayne Smit, if you see this name run. My sister 1st vist lasted 20 minutes. It took several months to get her to go see someone and in 20 min it was determined she was competent. Competent people don’t hear voices, live on the street and refuse to take a bath. I’ve been a healthcare professional for almost 40 years and I can’t find one good thing to say about today’s experience. If you staff doesn’t want calls on Friday after 5pm. They shouldn’t hang-up on people before 5pm.
