I got the opportunity to meet with Wendy after a diagnosis I received. Wendy helped put my mind at ease, when I met with her, she wasn't focused on just the diagnosis, but my overall health and how those pieces play a role on my life (work, stress, etc) I had 3 wonderful visits with her and each time, my weight dropped, and she was genuinely happy with my progress and my plans going forward. I would highly recommend Wendy, she truly put things into perspective and really communicates information that you can easily digest.

I would recommend Wendy to anyone and everyone that is wanting or has the desire to make your health a priority. She will help you in a kind and helpful manner that is easy to understand and not overwhelming. She listens and makes you feel like you are her top priority and helps to change your life through bettering your life with healthier choices. Wendy is truly the best and works to make you the best!
