Wendy Markovich, NP

I have been seeing Wendy for over 12 years for chronic pain but before I found Wendy I went to a myriad of pain specialists that for the most part were useless and treated me without empathy or basic kindness. By the time I met Wendy I was at the end of my rope. Thank God I found Wendy in time. She really cares about her patients and their well being. She always listens and provides the best treatments available for your particular situation. I could not recommend Wendy higher as a physician and as a person. One more thing, her staff is great and always there to help you and answer any questions that you may have.

Wendy is awesome! She is intelligent, compassionate, and never made me feel like I was just another patient, number, nor lesser than her. She was always non-judgmental, courteous and smiling, which made me smile and feel truly cared for. She listened, treated me with respect, and provided me with access to the least impairing and most effective pain relief program to date, and that was after years of being subjected to painfully invasive medical procedures of others that provided no relief.

We were patients over 5 years. location changed many times making it difficult to get to the required 28 day appointments or 13 a year. At our visit 3 months ago she was GONE without notice to either of us. The new nurse practitioner in this new office in old Town Scottsdale took us off medications for depression, sleep, seizures nher heart issue and told to go to specialists. Each visit is 125 n we're thinking Wendy Longchamps, aka Wendy Markovich, abandoned all of her pain patients. Shameful

Wendy is one of the best Dr's I have ever been to. She always listens and does her best to help.

She does NOT have an emergency contact number in the event a patient needs care after hours and a physician, hospital, pharmacist,ems, etc has NO way to reach her in life threatening divergences. Patients are contacted to maintain a laminated card stating to ANY provider that provider is not allowed to deliver medication for pain relief in an emergency. I have been in this terrible situation three times and have literally experienced unbearable pain and totally unable to reach her full voicemail
