Whitney Reed, APRN

Dismal. She treated me like I am dumb. She spoke in a way to highlight her advanced vocabulary, which I understood, and broke it down for me like a kindergarten student. It was as if she felt the need to seem smart. To be clear, it wasn't so much her word choices, it was her condescending tone for most of our conversation. It irked me so much, at one point I responded inkind. I still feel badly about it. I have never spoken that way to a medical professional. APRN Reed appears knowledgeable, but is hesitant to admit when she doesn't know something and even more hesitant to look elsewhere to help find the answers. She was flippant regarding my concerns & seemingly more eager to prescribe medicine than to find the cause of the ailment. She was also unapologetic for arriving over 20 minutes late to her first appointment of the day. The office has two other APRNs who genuinely seem to be invested in their patients. I cannot wait for APRN Green to return.

I have been seeing APRN, Whitney L Reed for 2+ years and am always amazed at how upbeat and attentive she is about my condition and her true concern for my well being. I believe she is one of the best providers available.
