She is more interested in scheduling more counseling appointments and billing fees than actually helping her patients. My daughter just felt like "she would spend hours being talked to rather than listening and offering real help". She reached out to me to move my daughter's appointment and when I said we would need to cancel, she said well "I have a 48-hour cancelation policy and that will be a $75 charge". I told her that "it did not seem fair since she was trying to move the appointment" and was asking for our flexibility, but she was extremely ridged when it did not go her way. I would not recommend her services!
