In my opinion & what I experienced, Whitney doesn't recognize imminent danger a parent poses to a child but instead works to cover up an abuser's behavior because she has this need to a be a "hero". She sides with the paying parent. My child refused to return to therapy because they felt like Whitney wanted to downplay their feelings & break the bond they had with the parent they felt safe with (which wasn't the paying parent). Whitney was not truthful in court which was detrimental to the child.

Simply the best there is. Whitney Whitman is incredibly insightful and amazing at helping identify ways to understand ones self and changes to implement that will make an immediate difference. I tried a variety of counselors before settling on her and none compared at all. I went through an incredibly traumatic divorce from a manipulative, abusive, control freak that ended in me getting a permanent do not contact order against the other party after a judge ordered them to under go a full psychological exam that showed how disturbed they are, in addition to the police reports etc… I don’t know how I would have survived that experience with out Whitney’s insightful, kind, patient, wise, and life changing infinitely for the better counseling.

Whitney Whitman was the court-appointed parenting coordinator in the divorce/custody proceedings between me and my ex-spouse. Ms. Whitman was unable to maintain an impartial stance with the parents and therefore did not keep the needs of the children foremost in mind. Boundaries she set forth at the start of the coordination process quickly went by the wayside in dealing with one parent, but not the other. Ms. Whitman seemed frustrated at the difficulty of managing communication and decision making between high-conflict parents and was ill-equipped to do what she had been hired to do.

Whitney is tremendously insightful. She is great at working with parents with struggling teens to help them know how to best help their teenagers. I am really grateful that I have had the opportunity to work with her and feel that I have achieved a great amount of personal growth that will benefit both my family and me.
