While friendly and engaging, Mr. Beatty refused to listen to pleas about increasing pain following a fall. Over several visits as pain increased and mobility decreased, he continued to refuse xrays or other diagnostic tests. After more than a month an actual surgeon reviewed the case and scheduled surgery. I was completely unable to walk by then. A bit condescending and an inflated ego got in the way.
