Dr. Fishkin graduated with honors from Life Chiropractic College-West in 1987 and is the President of Fishkin Chiropractic, A Professional Corporation. He is bilingual in English-Spanish and is an expert diagnostician. He also is a California QME (Qualified Medical Evaluator) and an IDE (Independent Disability Evaluator).
