Dr. William Heran, LCSW

I would give zero stars as my experience with Dr Heran was just terrible. I paid $1200 to Providence to have a psycho-social evaluation performed so that I could return to professional practice. I had a one hour zoom session with him which was fine and afterwards I drove 90 minutes to his facility to have a urine and blood test performed. He told me during the evaluation that if my labs came back positive "we would talk about it". One lab did come back positive, did he call me? NO. He submitted the evaluation and took the stance that I was lying. No follow-up, violated my hippa rights by not provided my medical records when requested. Have since took a hair and nail test which proved my sobriety. If you want a lazy provider who will treat you like an liar, then he is your man! Good luck.

Dr. Heran is empathetic, trustworthy, very supportive. He has been a vital member of my support team during the year I have been home from in patient treatment.

Dr. Heran is an experienced, caring professional who really cares about his patients. He was totally supportive of my recovery and worked hard to make sure that I received all the levels of treatment necessary to help me and allow me to return to my profession. He included my family and always listened to my concerns and fears. He is a good guy.
