Dr. William Little, PHD

Brenda Little the office manager is VERY VERY rude and unprofessional. She talked over you and treats you as if you don’t know what you’re talking about. I asked her 3 times for her name and she refused to give it to me. She stated that we can cancel your appointment and you can go somewhere else. Very very unprofessional.

We had an awesome experience with Dr. Little. He is obviously very knowledgeable and really cares about his patients. Wouldn't recommend any one else to evaluate your child!

The receptionist and office administrator are extremely rude. They are negligent with patient information & incompetent! BEWARE! The doctors need to get new staff or they will lose patients!

Evaluation inaccurate contained other patient information. Overbilled me and were rude when I called and asked to have it resolved.

I called to schedule an appointment for my son & the receptionist was extremely rude! She told me it would be 2 months before she could get him in & I should call my doctor & find somewhere else to go. I said I'd go ahead & book the next available appointment but she didn't want to schedule it. The manner in which she spoke to me was COMPLETLEY INAPPROPRIATE! I wouldn't take my worst enemy there if this is the courtesy you receive & obviously I'm not the only that has had an issue with her!!
