Called first thing in the morning received a appointment the same day. The office staff couldn’t be more friendly they always welcome you promptly. The awaiting area although small is quaint and comfortable. Was escorted to a examination room by front staff and within minutes was being welcomed by the doctor. Dr. Melvin came in and introduced himself took the time to listen to what I had to say about my issues. I was very quickly treated and on my way. He not only took care of my issue but also advised me on ways I could avoid another injury. Then he escorted me back to the front.
