An extremely competent practitioner, he zeroes in on the exactly right prescription, answers questions fully and has a gentle demeanor (punctuated with a rapier wit) that makes you feel comfortable enough to put up with the "this one or that one" exam one goes through to find the right prescription. Well-versed in all diseases of the eye, he can quickly spot a problem and refer you to a specialist. If there were more than 5 stars, I'd hit that.
