Dr. O'Loughlin failed to identify a spinal condition and caused an injury. He lied to me when I complained about painful symptoms which delayed me from seeking medical attention. I underwent many weeks of doctor's appointments and physical therapy to correct the damage Dr. O'Loughlin caused.

Bill O’Loughlin provided the best experience. His attention, analysis, advice, electro-mechanical stimulus procedure, and manual procedure was perfect!

My civilian job requires a lot of lifting, kneeling and climbing ladders. I work as a Building Engineer at a large healthcare campus in Rockville.
Dr. O will see me on a very short notice, which in my line of work is quite convenient.
Even though I work out and try to stretch my job is very physically demanding.
Dr. O and his staff are wonderful, they have helped me with a Ruptured Disc, Tennis Elbow, and other aches and pains that pop up.
I highly recommend Dr. O and this practice.
