Dr. Feng has been my wife’s audiologist for more than 15 years. My experiences has always been 100% excellent. She is a compassionate and caring audiologist who insures the proper care of all her patients. She is extremely thorough from the first visit to the final adjustment. I have full confidence in her decisions about selection and fitting of hearing devices.

My father is a 75 years old man and lost most of his hearing. I went with my father to see Dr. Feng. She is an excellent doctor. She took good care of my father's hearing problem and now my father can hear very well. I was truly impressed by her professionalism. She gave us enough time to explain our concerns. Her staff is also very caring and polite. I would highly recommend her. I give A+ grade to the Doctor and her staff.

Dr. Feng is caring and patient. My father has purchased a pair of hearing aid from her 5 years ago, and every time he needs adjustment, she was always very patient. She listens to your concerns and takes the time to answers your questions and explains everything. I like that she always encourages him to see her regularly to prevent any issues with his hearing or hearing aid. The staffs are always smiling and very friendly, and the wait for your appointment is never more than a few minutes.
