If there was a "no star rating" she would get it. First she denied me a COVID test during my appt. Didn't ask why I wanted COVID test. She said I would have to contact my PCP to schedule that. She made no attempt to get the information. The crazy thing is, my appt. was at the main hospital on 29th Street. Now for the reason I was there. I was referred by my PCP for testing because of very low iron. All she wanted to do was ask questions about AIDS. She didn't perform tests recommended. She ask very personal and inappropriate questions that had nothing to do with my visit. She should not be working directly with patients.
