Kind & Understanding
Everything about my experience today was great. All of the staff, including Yamira Baez, at the facility were very kind, open, and supportive. Yamira actually listened and processed what I was saying before responding. She asked me clear and direct questions. She was very professional and knowledgeable. I struggled with remembering some things during my appointment, and she had patience and helped me to figure it out in a way that didn't pressure or rush me. Honestly, it was the best experience I've ever had in psychiatric care. I would highly recommend her.
