Best, most helpful therapist I've ever had
You must be willing and ready to do some work on yourself if you are going to work with Dr. Perez. I came to her looking for a quick fix and someone to talk to. She does not operate that way. She wants to find the root cause and give you the tools to live your most healthy and balanced life. This isn't a forever relationship and it shouldn't be. I am so grateful I was referred to Dr. Perez. She is, by far, the best and has given me the tools I need to be able to walk through my life without fear.
